Not another OROS. SYCORE-TEX is a topological aerogel — flexible, dust-free, machine-washable. Originally developed for aerospace thermal management. Already certified OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (infant grade).
Why This Matters
- Down is fragile — loses all warmth when wet. SYCORE-TEX is hydrophobic.
- Synthetic degrades — Primaloft/Climashield lose 30-50% warmth after 3 years. Aerogel doesn't compress.
- Pressure kills both — sit on a down jacket and it's flat. 1mm SYCORE-TEX bounces back.
What We're Looking For
We have the material, the patents (10+ US/China), and the manufacturing. We need partners who know the outdoor market:
- Product partners — design, develop, and bring a midlayer to market
- Brand/marketing partners — tell the story, build the brand
- Gear reviewers / guides — real-world test and validate
